Where do I find my login details?

You should have received a welcome email from Wonder Online with your login details. Always remember to check your junk folders for this. If you cannot find it, please email [email protected] and we can help.

How do I cancel my account?

You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

  • Click ‘account’ in the top menu.
  • Click the ‘subscriptions’ button
  • On the right-hand side of the page, click the ‘cancel’ link.
  • Click the ‘confirm’ button… we’ll miss you!
I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
  • Click on ‘login’ in the top menu.
  • Click the ‘Forgot Password’ button
  • Enter your username or email address
  • Click the ‘Request Password Reset’ button

An email will be sent to you containing a link you can click to reset your password.

How do I change my password?
  • Click on ‘account’ on the top menu
  • Click the ‘change password’ button
  • Enter the new password
  • Confirm the new password
  • Click the ‘update password’ button
Why can’t I login?

Check that the login details are correct including spelling and upper/lower case. You can login using either your email or username and the password you set when signing up. If you are still having problems email [email protected]

How do I add/change my credit card details?

You can manage your payment details through your account settings.   

  • Click ‘account’ in the top menu
  • Click the ‘subscriptions’ button
  • On the right-hand side of the page click the ‘update’ link
  • Enter the new card details, Expiry and CVC in the credit card box  
  • Click the ‘submit’ button
Why does it say my email or password isn’t recognised?

We all make typos. Please double check the spelling of your email and password. Still having problems? Email [email protected]

Why did my credit card payment decline?

It’s a good idea to check the following first:

  • Do you have sufficient funds for the transaction?
  • Have you entered the right card details? 
  • Has your card expired? 

Occasionally your bank will decline online transactions that they deem ‘suspicious’. Please contact your card issuer to discuss the transaction and allow authorisation.

Why won’t my videos play?
  • Firstly, our system prefers Google Chrome over any other browser
  • Need to use something else? Make sure you have the latest version of your browser
  • Check your Internet connection
  • Sometimes a full refresh is required – delete your history and clear your cache
  • Check that you have enabled cookie
